The hotel is superbly located right on the river Rhine, offering a fantastic view and proximity to the famous Marksburg. The rooms, although spacious and comfortable, could have been cleaner. The service was a mix of very friendly staff and some less welcoming interactions. The dining options were varied but not exceptional. Overall, a good value for money choice with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience.
